Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

MuseSpark is designed for lawful AI-assisted reasoning, chat, image generation, video generation, and creative production workflows. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users and all content submitted to or generated through MuseSpark.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use MuseSpark to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:

• Illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, exploitative, or infringing content.
• NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, fetish, or erotic content.
• Sexual content involving minors or any content that sexualizes minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or image/video manipulation intended to sexualize a real person.
• Face-swap, deepfake, deceptive likeness manipulation, impersonation, or identity fraud.
• Content that invades privacy, exposes personal data, or targets people without consent.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, platform abuse, evasion, fraud, or unauthorized access.
• Misleading medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice presented as professional judgment.
• Content that violates third-party rights, platform rules, or applicable law.

AI Image and Video Generation

MuseSpark blocks prompts that are denied or flagged by content moderation before image or video generation. Attempts to bypass moderation, use coded language for prohibited content, or repeatedly submit disallowed prompts may lead to account limits or termination.

MuseSpark must not be used or marketed as an "uncensored", "no filter", "NSFW", "18+", or "unfiltered" generation service.

Enforcement

We may block prompts, refuse generation, remove content, limit accounts, suspend access, or terminate accounts when we believe this policy has been violated or when required by law, payment partners, infrastructure providers, or model providers.
